Someone is typically in the salon Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm, however, we are a booth rental salon, so hours vary as each stylist makes their own schedule.

We can sometimes accommodate walk-in appointments, however, since we operate as a booth rental salon, availability is not guaranteed.  

You are asked to have a card on file as a protective measure; if you cancel outside of the cancellation window or no-show, this allows your stylist to enforce these policies.  No-shows greatly impact our stylists in a negative way.  You will also have the option to pay with your card on file at checkout.

Yes!  Extensions specialist, Megan, doesn't keep extensions on hand and they are normally custom colored and hand selected.  With color corrections it is important to do a consultation so we can determine an accurate plan of action and quote on pricing.

Always feel free to send a DM to the salon socials, fill out a contact form on the website, call, or text the salon!  We will be happy to walk you through exactly what to book for.

We understand that life is full of unexpected challenges.  Generally, your stylist will understand and you won't be charged a cancellation or no-show fee in the case of emergency or illness.

We understand that a multitude of things can happen on your way to your appointment.  We generally allow a 10-15 minute grace period.  If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee and be asked to reschedule.  Being late to your appointment cuts into time with our next guest.

You 100% can if your card is on file or you are a call-in coming in that day.  You can also text the salon phone and set up an appointment, send inspiration, or get booking information.

Each of our stylists create and manage their own schedules.  If you want to schedule an appointment with a specific stylist on a day they would not typically be in the salon or outside of their accepted appointment hours, they may require an after hours fee to accommodate their time.

No, our nail techs offer builder gel, gelx, and gel manicures.  These applications protect your natural nail health while still providing you with length if wanted.

We do not specify services for gender or age.  All haircuts are priced accordingly.  We do offer a "clipper cut" as an option or "barbering" for those with shorter hair.

If installed correctly, no!  Extensions can be used to add length, volume, or color to the hair.  Many clients have significant hair growth while wearing extensions.  Megan is very careful and knowledgeable, customizing your extension experience to your wants, needs, and lifestyle.
